Community Groups

The SCFM reserves space every week for community groups that have a message to spread, or an endeavor they’d like to promote. Community groups include local non-profit organizations, civic groups, local schools and government agencies such as the Police and Fire Departments.

Following are the rules for reserving a community booth:

  • No selling allowed.
  • Can hand out flyers, free items, but cannot offer food, drinks, or services.
  • No solicitations of any kind. This includes asking for donations. membership fees, subscription fees, etc.
  • Must arrive at the market between 7:00 am – 7:30 am and stay until the market closes at 2:00 pm.
  • If you do not show up on appointed day or cancel by Thursday evening you will not be allowed back for 6 months.
  • Because of demand, booths will be limited to no more than twice a year.
