1 Oro Blanco or other sweet grapefruit or 1 pomelo, peeled and cut into sections<\/li>\t\t\t\t

1\/4 cup toasted pine nuts or other nut<\/li>\t\t\t\t
1 head butter or other head lettuce (do not use iceberg in this recipe)<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t

1. 3 tablespoons orange juice<\/li>\t\t\t\t
2. 5 tablespoons neutral oil such as canola or sunflower seed<\/li>\t\t\t\t
3. 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil<\/li>\t\t\t\t
4. 2 teaspoons ginger juice (grate about 2 tablespoons ginger, add a little water, puree and strain)<\/li>\t\t\t\t
5. sugar to taste<\/li>\t\t\t\t
6. salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\t\t
